Who You Are
We’re looking for a VP Business Development to partner closely with the CMO on all future business planning and execution. You’ll be leading on strategic initiatives internally and externally which will map out our future growth and market success. You’ll have a good knowledge of the AdTech and Advertising ecosystem and work closely with our Product teams cross functionally. Together with the CMO, you’ll work for Bluesea and help to create and develop strategic partnerships with large ecosystem players.
What You Will Do

Seeking new business growth opportunities and key areas for corporate development; Designing a robust process to evaluate potential buy side, investment and joint ventures;
Working with the Senior Leadership Team to identify high priority areas of focus and implement a plan to tackle and solve;
Driving internal and external strategic initiatives forwards; aligning the actions and outcomes, and cascading to the wider business when necessary;
Working with internal business leads to drive product strategy and business development;
What You Need
A proven track record of driving outcomes within a startup, investment banking, corporate development or management consultancy;
Experience with corporate and business development;
Hands on and in depth knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem; you’ll know the players involved and understand the differing business models. Strong knowledge of gaming, app and CTV is a plus;
Strong external partnership and deal making experience to drive strategic outcomes;
Experience in initiating and leading strategic initiatives on a global scale i.e goal; formulation and cascade and/ or cross-functional collaboration/communication
Strong business acumen; you’ll be a tactical and strategic thinker;
Undertaken organisational, operational and strategic planning through its full life cycle;

Who You Are
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing strategies to drive awareness, consideration and adoption of our solutions for publishers and media buyers through marketing programmes and sales enablement. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally, and partner closely with the commercial teams in Asia, EU and USA. This role will report into the CMO.
This role requires a talent for building geo-specific strategies against global goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the digital advertising industry and/or publishing space, and a drive for delivering integrated marketing programmes and plans that achieve business results.
What You Will Do
Create compelling narratives to engage publishers and media buyers – starting with messaging ideation and leading planning, production and promotion of these narratives;
Develop global marketing strategies and lead multidisciplinary marketing activities to support local product launches, educate partners and drive adoption of Bluesea’s products and solutions in collaboration with the commercial and marketing teams;
Lead regionalisation of global themes and messaging – ensuring every programme is relevant;
Lead campaign activities – including digital campaigns, paid media campaigns, ABM and mailers;
Organise and execute sponsored and hosted events, both offline and online – actively lead topic and abstract generation, manage all production activities, including speaker and slide preparation;
Identify and develop content, case studies and proof points for priority products and programs;
Co-manage local PR agencies to secure coverage across key publications;
Own the marketing budget globally, including planning, goal setting for campaigns, measurement and tracking ROI.
What You Need
Minimum 8+ years’ experience running B2B marketing, preferably in a similar position and within a global organisation;
Previous experience in a technology or SaaS company would be a great advantage, ideally in the media sector.
Fluency in English, (written and spoken);
Nice to have: Mandarin, Korean, Japanese (written & spoken);
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal;

You will be building Bluesea’s mobile Ads SDK that will enable publishers (app developers) to monetize their Android apps. Your work will make a direct impact on Bluesea’s revenue, and set up the foundation for Bluesea’s mobile development. Your work will be highly cross-functional, and might require you to work directly with external customers.
What You Will Do
Design, architect, and build a state of the art Android Ads SDK for Bluesea’s supported platforms.
Keep up to date with the latest Android updates, and maintain the SDK across multiple versions of the OS and devices.
Follow and lead technology evolution and requirements across prominent app platforms
Help customers with SDK integrations in various ways, including maintaining customer facing SDK documentation.
Help grow our team by providing valuable feedback and by mentoring junior engineers.
Work with cross platform teams to come up with new features and functionality for our customers.
What You Need
Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree
5+ years of experience as a software engineer, including experience with Android
